Alisa Dillingham

I am an acrylic artist who also enjoys working with ceramics and pottery. I love the way that each medium allows me to express myself in a different way, and I enjoy exploring the different possibilities that each offers. Constantly experimenting with new techniques and styles, I am always looking for new ways to push my art to the next level. Born in Houston, Texas, I have been living in Puerto Rico for the past few years, and before that Costa Rica. I am married and I have three sons, we also have two rescue dogs from Costa Rica.

 

I love working with different styles of art and creating one-of-a-kind commission pieces.  It is such a thrill to meet with people and find out their loves, colors, and passions and then translate that into art for them, to enjoy on a daily basis. I also love to teach art and art history. It is such a pleasure to watch people bring beauty to the world and the joy it provides to them and others. My favorite past time besides art is reading and playing Pickleball with my family.
